You typically have 12 months to complete your qualification but depending on your circumstances and dedication you can complete it earlier. Thats the benefit of competency based training! 

You will study each individual subject of the program at a time. This provides you with checkpoints over the duration of the program to monitor and support your progress. 

After a program orientation session, you will engage in online group workshops and tutorials, online activities, and have access to on-demand support as required. 

Where you are required by your qualification you may also gain hands-on experience from an industry work placement which includes a check-in visit from your trainer.

Certificate II in Community Services

Reflects the role of entry-level community services workers who support individuals by providing person-centred services. 

Certificate II in Hospitality

May be used as a pathway for workforce entry in any hospitality environment.

Certificate II in Workplace Skills

Reflects the role of individuals who have not yet entered the workforce or who are returning to the workforce after a long break.

Certificate III in Business

Reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles.

Certificate III in Community Services

Reflects the role of entry level community services workers who support individuals through the provision of person-centred services.

Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business

Reflects the role of individuals establishing or carrying on business as a sole trader or contractor.

Certificate IV in Business (Administration)

Reflects the role of individuals carrying out specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks.

Certificate IV in Community Services

Reflects the role of community service workers who deliver and support person-centred services to individuals and groups.

Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
