Course overview
This traineeship reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Course delivery and duration
The 12-month program is delivered in shorter, more manageable terms of learning.
After a program orientation session, participants will engage in online group workshops and tutorials, online activities, and have access to on-demand support as required.

We support businesses in various industries by guiding trainees through their learning journey.
Our program offers trainees the chance to work with professionals from our network of approved Apprenticeship Network Providers and from the guidance of our team.
We conduct workplace visits to ensure they get the support they need.
Course structure
BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification.
