Course overview
This traineeship reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services roles and may have supervisory performance accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills.
They use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Course delivery and duration
The 12-month program is delivered in shorter, more manageable terms of learning.
After a program orientation session, participants will engage in online group workshops and tutorials, online activities, and have access to on-demand support as required.

Our program offers trainees the chance to work with professionals from our network of approved Apprenticeship Network Providers and from the guidance of our team.
We conduct workplace visits to ensure they get the support they need.
Course structure
BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business (Administration) is a nationally recognised qualification. Students will need to complete 12 Units of competency, including:
