Course overview
This traineeships reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services roles.
Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills.
They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Course delivery and duration
The 12-month program is delivered in shorter, more manageable terms of learning.
After a program orientation session, participants will engage in online group workshops and tutorials, online activities, and have access to on-demand support as required.

We support businesses in various industries by guiding trainees through their learning journey.
Our program offers trainees the chance to work with professionals from our network of approved Apprenticeship Network Providers and from the guidance of our team.
We conduct workplace visits to ensure they get the support they need.
Course structure
BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business is a nationally recognised qualification. Students will need to complete 13 Units of Competency, including:
