Course overview

This traineeship may be used as a pathway for workforce entry in any hospitality environment, providing food and customer service needs to individuals in public and private establishments such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals with a defined and limited range of hospitality
operational skills and basic industry knowledge.

They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision

Course delivery and duration

The 12-month program is delivered in shorter, more manageable terms of learning.

After a program orientation session, participants will engage in online group workshops and tutorials, online activities, and have access to on-demand support as required.

Our program offers trainees the chance to work with professionals from our network of approved Apprenticeship Network Providers and from the guidance of our team.

We conduct workplace visits to ensure they get the support they need.
