Payments
Bamara Training uses a secure payment gateway to ensure the security of all credit card payments. The payment gateway used by Bamara Training does not keep the credit card details of its customers. All purchases are prepaid. You will find further information through our Privacy Policy on how we manage your personal details.
All sessions must be paid for prior to the start of the sessions unless otherwise agreed with administration. If the trainer provides you with a session before the sessions fee has been paid in full, in training before the training fee has been paid in full, any part of the session fee outstanding for the session is a debt and is due and payable immediately on demand.
Payment can be made via our website using a secure online portal, or by direct deposit to the Bamara Training bank account.
By booking a session with us you warrant that you are over 18 years of age or otherwise possess legal parental or guardian consent and that you are authorised and able to make payment in the manner selected by you. You also warrant to us that all information provided by you through any booking channel (including name, address and contact details) is correct.
A request for a tax invoice, for payments made by direct deposit, are to be made in writing via our contact form on the Bamara Training page on this website.
Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may reschedule or cancel a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to commencement of scheduled session. If you cancel your scheduled lesson within 48 hours of the session you may obtain a full refund. If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, your lesson fee is non-refundable.
How to request a Refund
We will happily arrange for the refund of a pre-purchased training package through Bamara Training operated by Bamara Pty Ltd.
To reschedule or cancel a session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time, please contact Bamara Training:

You must call or email Bamara Training to reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
If you do not provide notice of at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time for your session you will be charged the full price of the session.
Bamara Training reserves the right to reschedule a lesson by providing you with reasonable notice by telephone or email.
If you arrive late for a session you will be charged the full session fee. Your trainer may only be able to offer you the remainder of your scheduled session time, due to scheduling requirements of other sessions, and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, we reserve the right to cancel the session and charge a lesson fee.
If you do not attend a session, we reserve the right to cancel the session and charge you the full price of the session.
All prepaid services are valid for a period of 12 months.
How much will be credited or refunded
We will refund your money the same way you have purchased it. This means, we will credit your credit card account. Refunds may take up to three days to process.
Session expiration policy
Please note that training packages are only valid for 12 months from date of payment. Training sessions are not refundable or transferable.
Booking your session
Upon receipt of your booking, we will contact you to confirm a convenient time to undertake your session(s).
All learners are required to be ready to start their sessions 10 minutes before booked session time. If you do not turn up at the agreed time for your session your trainer will wait 15 minutes for you to attend before you are deemed a no show. If you turn up outside these times, your trainer may in their reasonable discretion choose not to proceed with the session and you will be liable for a cancellation
While we will do everything we can reasonably do to commence your session at the scheduled time with the scheduled trainer, no responsibility can be taken for circumstances beyond our control which may result in a delayed start time for your session or a change of trainer. We will offer you a full session, or if this is not possible we will offer to make up the time on another session or reschedule the session.
You must comply with the reasonable instructions or directions of your trainer at all times. Please ensure you check your email (including Junkmail folder). Alternatively, call us direct on 1300 012 476 to book your first session
